4 important things that one should take to obtain optimal health :
 

a- Nutritional or diets.
b- Exercise,
c- Rest
d- Mental.

Nutrition -
everyone knows that we as humans have to eat a balanced diet so that we get the necessary nutrients. If nutrients derived from the food we eat is not enough that we should be taking nutritional supplements or supplements. We know that lack of nutrients needed by the body to various diseases. Maybe because we are busy with work, many of us would say its ok. We want to believe that we will be OK, you'll get a critical illness like everyone else.

Before, I was a bit reluctant to take supplements even though I knew I was not getting enough nutrients from my daily meals. At that time I think of other things more valuable than my health. But when I think, taking supplements is no longer a burden to me.


Exercise -
Everyone knows exercise tu need to ensure our health and maintain good health. Everyone believes tu exercise is good for health. Exercise can maintain a healthy heart, one of the most important organs of our body. But why we do not have the commitment and diligence to exercise. Let us reflect on why we become lazy with exercise. Ask WHY at least 5 times and see what lingers in our mind?. Then try to make the decision, to exercise or not. Enough rest -
We as humans should get enough sleep, but sometimes (more towards always), such as live TV broadcasts of football in the middle of the night is more important than sleep. Really? Some people consider browsing the Internet more important than sleep. Enough sleep can actually relax your BRAIN. So I sometimes think, which is more important? - Relaxing the brain or staying up all night with the live football in the middle of the night? I think you guys can make your own conclusions.

Mental -
If we take a thing as a problem, we will get stressed. Stress leads to high blood pressure. You all would have heard a story or have your own natural, healthy person will suddenly fever when several friends said he saw a fever and he believed the words of the partners. This is because he thought he had a fever. This will affect his or her own mind. So Think for positively.
